Special Guest: Steven Rhines
Steven Rhines serves as president and chief executive officer of the Noble Research Institute, LLC. He assumed his current position after serving as vice president, general counsel
and director of public affairs for Noble for almost two decades. He came to Noble
from the Dallas office of Sidley & Austin, where he worked with clients to protect
and defend innovations through U.S. patent law system. Rhines received a bachelor
of science in mechanical engineering at the University of Oklahoma and a juris doctorate
from Southern Methodist University. Founded in 1945, Noble’s purpose is to save our nation’s grazing lands by promoting land stewardship
through management, building soil health, and keeping farmers and ranchers on the
land. Noble serves farmers and ranchers through direct education, conducts research and
operates 13,500 acres of Oklahoma working lands.
