Creative Communications Specialist

The Communications Specialist is a skilled professional who excels in creating outstanding print and digital designs. This role requires precision, creativity, a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. As a key member of the Office of Communications and Marketing team, they will collaborate with an experienced creative and graphic design team and work closely with other staff to effectively promote and elevate the Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources across the OSU community, as well as at the state, regional and national levels.

Administrative Assistant

The administrative assistant in the Office of Communications and Marketing will provide administrative support and assistance with department operations for a staff of 26 full-time employees and student interns. The position will report to the senior director and work closely with the associate director of the department. The administrative assistant will oversee human resources coordination for the department, and coordinate and conduct business transactions for purchasing, travel reimbursements, accounts payable/receivable, scheduling of resources and management of day-to-day operations and business activities in support of the overall success of the Office of Communications and Marketing.
